Characteristics

Wooden village development offers a return to architecture of the end of 19th century in a modern way. Six types of wooden houses are constructed with adjustments of the buyer. The village is now developing its second stage.
Liptovská Štiavnica is a village situated 5km south east from Ružomberok. It is situated under hills of National Park Low Tatras. Name of the village is derived from thermal waters springs that surround the village in an amount of 9, one of them on the plot of Salatin project.
